Here is the transcript of this message:

"I have fifty other documents and locations and, uh, agreements that you delivered to various parties signed by you and [Ian, probably] along with a complete [ruse?] if that was the case.

If you didn't close on May the 27th that means everything else you did after that is illegal and fraudulent and everything else. So I don't think that whoever is advising you about how to do this has got half a brain.

But, regardless, if you want to sit down and resolve this like men, we can do that. If you want to run, than I suppose you can run, but I don't understand it.

All I want right now is the shell. That's all I really give a fuck about. You guys can run away, and do whatever the fuck you want. I really couldn't care less, but I want the shell for the sake of my shareholders and the people that have invested real hard money in this. And that would be taking care of guys like [Keith Stube?] which you obviously don't give a shit about. Even guys that you brought to the table, including your own fucking staff, for that matter.

But anyway, so, if you want to solve any of these issues your entire staff's going to get something from me tomorrow morning. Everybody. Everybody on the planet that has anything to do with this is going to get it all.

[Here the audio jumps back a bit and repeats itself from the point where Mr. Gillani says, "Guys like..." at around the 1:17 mark we start to get new material again]

And, you know, you have offshore corps [i.e corporations]. But all kinds of shit that, obviously, you guys really didn't really think.

So, whatever, you didn't think through anything. I don't know what the fuck you're doing, it makes no sense to me at all. But, regardless..."
