It's called sampling. In fact, twister might not even be 100% original either, like the harmony at 1:03. Probably taken from an opera of some kind. Don't take this the wrong way, "Poison" was fucking horrible, but before you guys go accusing like they've committed some type of crime just make sure you know how music works.
