Pokemon Crystal part 40: Will and Koga

And so begins my run of the Elite Four.

Will: He gave me some problems, but isn't all that bad. The biggest annoyance is that his pokemon can stall. Just hit him with the suitable move, and you're in good shape.

Koga: Koga is probably the easiest of the Elite Four. Fire, flying, and psychic type moves are the way to go. Oh, and if you have any status inflicting move, like sleep powder or thunder wave, I highly suggest using it on Crobat, as it can get annoying.
