This is ridiculous that people are considering it racists just because they painted their face black but when they were making fun of the welsh, scots and english no one gives a fuck. great end but some may find offence with the Black & White Minstrels bit..The world has become too bloody PC over the last 20yrs or so..I suppose I can understand it from some ppl's point of view but it's comedy..It's not meant to be offensive or at least I don't think it was..

I bet I get abuse for that which I just said..It's always the way..It's comedy..This show never tried to offend imho..I think the writers always tried to keep it very lighthearted..God Bless Harold Bennett..He was cool

Was that Mr Lucas dancing as one of the Black & White Minstrels? I'm sure he made a cameo appearance in that..His hair was a lot shorter than it was in the show early on tho..Why did he leave? He was in EASTEMDERS at the start, wasn't he? Show's like this always lose something special when someone of the cast that starred for so long leaves but Mr Spooner was very funny I thought..lol..What was the dance/music number about at the end? Where were the Graces traced 2 in the end? Family Tree??

The 2 Mr Graces were brilliant in this show..I love how these 2 old geriatric wrinklys managed to get so many beaufiful women to hang around for so long..That girl sat on Old Mr Graces knee when the Nurse came in and switched on the lights was fookin' fit as a fiddle..the hoop on her as she got up from his lap so the nurse could take his pulse..Lordy lordy! I could have a field day with that,,,lol..HAROLD BENNETT was a great actor ...He played his role to a tee.was it like that 4 women in work

@fjccommish i once heard a looney left guy say that only white people can be racist which as a statement is total crap and the most stupid thing i have ever heard. in my view all people are equal but not all views are equal otherwise facism equals humanism and would just be stupid. the real evils of the world should be searched and stamped upon. why can't people just be rational and live according to facts instead of fairy tales. as a species we are on a crossroads i think. long live freedom.

@nzlotrfan Waitin for the Robert E Lee is the final song. I know if from the 1955 Dean Martin album "Swingin' Down Yonder" recorded at Capitol Records. A lot of people have done versions of it. The song refers to the steamboat named after Robert E Lee.
