@omnhitori 5 minutes ago, I was convinced it was some sort of anoter HTC's useless button, 4 minutes ago I found out its optical Trackball, and now, that its backlit with notification light... I am probably going to buy this phone.

it sucks because it sometimes does it and other times it doesnt, i like the mt3g led and i had different colors for everything.

Anyone find a way to make the LED blink faster? I tried Handcent SMS, but when I changed the LED frequency to fast, nothing changed.

SOOOO SWEEET!!! when i saw that in the HTC promo video i thought for sure it was just light reflecting off the pad. this is a pleasantly unexpected surprise!
