yeah that's true. i have the V2 version (only difference is no sas ports) and it never runs above 35°C in my antec 900 V2 :)

i didnt want to waste my money on watercooling it runs cool enough on air, but yes the case can do water cooling np its read to go.

Its a Mosfet heat sink, not a fan , however it does come with a small fan if you are going to use watercooing. But NO! its not a fan its a heatsink to carry away heat from the mosfets on the mobo, and yes it comes on the board as standard
