Geez this anime has one big problem. Simply there is not enough skull man. It focuses way too much on useless reporter and his extremely annoying sidekick. You are lucky if you get glimpse of skull man for few seconds in 20 minutes episode. Seriously, I don't care about those pairs. Give me more skull man!!

He's the mystery behind the show. Unless you read Wikipedia we're in the mindset Skull Man is a serial killer and we're trying to figure out his identity.

まあ内容が大コケした上に暗いし、殆どレンタルでも出回らないマ­イナー作品だから仕方ない。

ただこーいう作品ほど海外のウケはいいようですね、自分もストー­リー自体は酷いと思いましたが、このダークヒーローのデザインは­好みです、作品の設定、ガ號計画、悪と戦うためにあえて命を狩る­罪人となり戦うスカルマンになる事を選んだ事等いろんな意味で魅­力的でした、こーいう作品にもっと制作費掛けろよ！！とか思いつ­つ動画UP有難うございます。

It seems to be an interesting anime and I would like to download it. I just don't like digital colours, they're dull and give a wet image. I think programmers should create more vivid digital colours, just like real paint.

I read the first book to the newer manga...Its funcking amazing. The artwork is the best ive ever seen in a manga, and it makes it SO much better to imagine that this was gonna be kamen rider

Well, the music is by Shiro Sagisu, who also does bleach and neon genesis evangelion, so it can't be all bad. I think I'll give this anime a chance.
