No, the song is very much about being insane. It's about blaming and self-awareness of guilt. It's a song about a man who cheated on his wife, hated his mother, hated his schoolmaster, blamed them for everything, and deluded himself into believing he was a leader of a British fascist movement.

189 people were caught red-handed showing no feelings. This will not do.

Correction, he says 'the way YOU made them suffer'. My bad. But I still think Pink is sentenced to freedom

It's a happy end. The judge orders the wall to be torn down. It's his mother and ex-wife that makes the judge want to defecate. He is actually sentenced to freedom :-)

The Wall is its own thing- a huge departure from everything they have ever done prior. It's brutal. The veil of subtlety of what the band has done prior is ripped off by Roger Waters to reveal a gruesome allegory about alienation: a wall itself.

They are not much of a "video" band. With the exception of Gerald Scarf's (sp?) animations from The Wall it is otherwise visual sequences used on the round screen for live performances. If you want to see that, the orignal for TIme is quite nice.

"Waiting for the Worms" The song prior to this.

"Good Morning The Worm, your honor" Is repeated many times.

I think maybe these can be related =/
