lol i thought u were suppose to take the meat out of the shells and cook it for better taste..lol....... tate better and i use the tail shell and put meat back in to make it look nice hahaha

its okay, they don't feel pain, besides, you have to cook things before you eat them! even if you're a vegetarian, you gotta kill the plants before you eat em! lobster's good.

he probly does know how to cook lobster there are no right or wrong ways to cook it, aslong as it aint tuff an cooked to fu*k... is a bit harsh how he has seperated it before cooking it, but i get the feeling he cut through the cross then seperated it mabey. i would risk eating raw'ish lobster anyway if it had jus been killed...

how long do you cook the lobster before you add the liquid,and how long do u cook it after its added,is this a chinesse dish

1. Fry itfor approx 6-7 mins until the shells start to go a bit red
2. After adding liquid, cook it until flesh is cooked- usually approx 6-7mins

A little oyster sauce and a bit of congac. The lobster is very sweet and fresh and therefore you don't want flavours that are too overpowering.
