First of all I want to thank of you for checking out this tutorial and for providing the great feedback.

As many of you have noted, Google has made a lot of GUI changes in the last year to Google Docs.

Because of that, I've created a new Google Docs Beginner Tutorial that includes the new 2012 interface that has much better sound quality. You can find it in my list of uploaded videos. Hope it helps!

Suze, sorry about the sounds. I've noticed too that it is a little low for this video. I will have to go back in and try to enhance it a little bit.

Hopefully some of my other tutorials will help you out as well!

Great job! My company has just given me the task of doing some market research and using their Google docs acct. to document my findings. It's been a long time that I even used Google docs and was a little annoyed that on top of all of this work I had to learn to navigate Google docs.

Well, you made my job a lot easier so I say thanks for keeping it simple.

Google documents suck. I am able to teach and train people to use google and their many great products, integrating them into their lives, but google documents is a complete failure.
