Daniel Cook was not scarred of being killed, he was scarred of being labeled a terrorist or being arrested because of the civil disobedience papers that came out of the John Bush / Catherin Bleish camp. I know this first hand as his roommate (Dan Gonzales) was worried for Dan Cook's safety when he left without his bags. Mr. Gonzales feared Mr. Cook might have been taken against his will, which was not the case.

Both he and Daniel Cook (FL) left that place scared chitless I have audio of a conversation between myself and them and the fact that they were so greatful to get their stories on the record in case something happens to them. Dude they were afraid they were going to get killed or something on the way home... no go ahead and say they were somehow paranoid or scared or what not. Bruce went on the record with our video crew at the hotel before leaving. He was upset because his camp could not get the repeal of the 16th amendment to pass, mainly because a lot of people don't fully understand it. They had the chance to bring it back to the floor for debate, but instead his camp decided to bring a motion of No Confidence against Mr. Badnarik instead.

After the vote of No Confidence, the group decided they have had enough and they all quite and left.
