I watched this on Showtime for the first time and it's really good. Tim Streeter in the movie resembles Keanu Reeves a lot. And Keanu is in My Own Private Idaho. Did Van Sant pick Keanu because of the resemblence I wonder?

I have seen this movie this afternoon. I must say it's such a great film. It show Van Sant's talent in his first film. Tim Streeter is a type with a great talent for acting a poor gay with a crush on a mexican guy. i advise people to watch it!!

Ray Monge who plays pepper was a dear friend to me. If you ever read these comments, You were so special. I remember the premiere for Mala Noche as if it were yesterday! I remember you always...I hope youre doing well. So many years between us....but you've never left my heart...
