A 12-second excerpt from the November 2008 video "55 Days In Maricopa County Jail and U.S. Media." On July 22, 2008, I was attacked at knife-point in my own home. I used one of my pistols to extract the assailant from my place. Three years, four courts, and an attempt on my life later, the United States District Court of Arizona will (hopefully) soon decide, in Wilkins v. Arizona Attorney General (CV-10-0443-PHX-JWS(MEA)), whether our rights pursuant to Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution are still binding between "the State" and the People. The State of Arizona has been ordered by a U.S. Magistrate Judge to answer said petition for writ of habeas corpus by Monday, July 25 (of course barring another arbitrary extension of time).
Today marks three years of this perpetual nightmare...and I will die either trying changing this system...or....
