This is from the first episode of the series [September 15, 1949], which retold the famous radio story of how 'John Reid' became "The Lone Ranger", in three parts. This is after Tonto revived Reid back to perfect health after the ambush; how he donned the mask for the first time, and decided to keep it on, in the name of justice....
