HERE'S OTTO PART 8

Otto meets new dogs on his Seal Point Dog Park visit and sees Seal Point regular Lucky, one of the parks only keshhounds. Lucky like Otto looked over the new dogs and found no dog worth smelling. Otto watches a race from a distance, a small dog in the small dog section leading big dogs into a "fence race" where the winner is the last dog running. Otto meets a daschund that found a way out of the park's small dog section, but Otto decides to smell the ground and not this daschund. Otto chases a tennis ball and finds a new toy. After all that, Otto heads for one of two shade structures in the park where Otto rests while getting a brushing giving clumps of fur ready made for local birds in nest building. Strong winds are common in the area and give a boost to wind surfers. A motor bike after making a normal run does dare devil biking with his twin.
