(LOW QUALITY??? WTF)
Trying to build strength again...
Today's training was pretty good. The goal was a single at 210kg, finally i made a double. All the lifts are raw (no belt, no straps). Training from now on will include speed lifts , boxes etc. for all powerliftng exersises.
Except of deads today i did some abdominal work (around 10sets), some chin ups and lat pulldowns and some tricep work (heavy reverse grip pulldowns... basically sets of five and work up till a heavy set of three).
I am focus on the squat and bench for this year but deadlift will always be my favourite exersise.

@tlast2O12dude Yeah i know i have more in me but i will take it slow and not max frequently.. which means i will go for a new (current) PR in about a month. I wanna my back get used to the weights raw and i am also working on speed. I am patient and i don't search for a "huge" PR at the moment!

@freaknick250 lol yeah that's crazy, only for a few weeks i guess, you will jump higher because your CNS already is wired up for more :P
