Abject Failure To Come Up With A "Keep 'em Peeled" Pun

Not sure what happened to this idea, but it doesn't seem to get promoted these days. Apparently from 1980, this PIF (another originally hosted by Mister Trimble at TMF Extra), featuring Shaw Taylor, a sort of likeable, avuncular, tall Alistair Stewart, was later replaced with the better known (barely) animated nightmare involving anthropomorphized appliances trapped forever in a Kafkaesque halfway house for stolen property, apparently able to communicate with their human captor. Something like The Brave Little Toaster crossed with No Exit. Apparently this was more relatable than Shaw here.
