@drafthorselover Well go to any downtown location.. and try and outrun another car... between avoiding traffic etc.. Im sure in real life it would still be difficult. This is a movie by the way... lol The turbo's back then had a HP output of roughly 260hp, the Camaro was roughly a 5.7ltr V8 with probably 300hp at least. But its hollywood.. they have to make the car chase interesting. right... lol
