You should eliminate after the salt water. It takes about 20 minutes to start working. I try to give myselft at least 1.5 to 2 hrs before I leave the house. You won't be eliminating that whole time but may need that amount of time before its really over. You will need to get up early to do it but it's part of the deal. It's very important actually.

do you eliminate after the salt water every time? if so how long after does it happen? and does the tea make you go a lot as well? im just worried because i have to go to classes and i dont want to have super embarrassing problems at school...do you give yourself a lot of time in the morning for it to end? please answer i want to start this soon but i want to know as much info as possible before...but your videos are very helpful so thank you :)

I'm on day 7 and and doing great! It's been tough but well worth the benefits. ;) Down 5 lbs and full of energy and not hungry at all.
