If a Greek band where to go and write a song about the massacre of Greek people from the Turks, or the Germans, or the Bulgars, they would instantly be labeled "right wing extremists" and judged as that only.

And here you have Serj, an undoubtedly left-wing artist, singing this song about the genocide of his people in front of Greeks who think much of his work.
