I listened to these guys for what seemed like all my life, but the YOUtubes have made it all come together for me---these were giants of their times, unmatchable in talent, humor, grace, and plain old know how. What a pair, when will some like them come again?

@hagtar12 One of the first on TV anyway. Chet wasn't the first either. All the shredders think they came up with sweeping and tapping and chiming first. Just let them continue to think that! We all know different.

Who else would dare wear a paisley shirt and fishing hat? Reed was all about having fun while playing. I love how Jerry tells Ralph to "Hush" while Chet is picking! Don't interrupt the master! This is great. I've seen the short clip of just Jerry's Breakdown many times, but never this. Thanks!!

jj...I've been playing for many years. I wore Jerry's albums out and just figured them out. Had a little help with some tab as well.
