This is a very misleading video. There is no walkthrough of how the samples were prepared for microscopy.Although rouleau formation is a non-specific indicator for diseases, it can also be easily prepared by having a very concentrated blood sample (which you can do so simply by letting it dry more before viewing under microscope).You can observe this very easily if you work in a clinical lab.Get a sample, view it ASAP,then just wait. Place a glass slide over it, press it, rouleau formation also.
