They sound similar because Spanish voiced plosives allophonically turn into voiced approximates and Greek has no voiced plosives, only voiced fricatives which are basically the same as the approximates. So Spanish's d, g, and b are only actually pronounced like so at the beginning of a sentence, and after an M or an N or in situations like that, otherwise they're basically like Greek's δ, γ and β. Also they have the same five vowels. Basically their phonology is really similar.

Hm..... Well the Greek grammar is quite complicated.... you should take lessons from a teacher... By the way, if you want to just learn the basics, a dictionary, and a book with dialogues in Greek will help you. :-)

Because Greek and Latin were in the same time period and so close, they sound so close and Spanish was derived from Latin, so it sounds like Spanish. And I don't think Greek is the female singings first language.
...Who would think this is ROMANIAN? It's Greek mythology adapted by Romans. Romania has nothing to do with it.

@DarkestElemental616 That was probably just a mistake in translation and understanding. :)
