I work for Chili's, um it's not Mexican food... Esspecially with those new sandwiches they serve BTW A CLUB SANDWICH HAS THREE PIECES OF BREAD DAMNIT.

@jbird0168 I like Anthony, Chilis is ok and Paula Deen is still a good cook and Rachel Ray isn't.
I think Bourdain is right about corporations and giong and trying a whole in the wall place that would be more authentic. I think is really an outlash at restaraunt chains. All of his outlashs are at commercialized chefs paula deen, martha stewart, rachel ray, emeril lagasse. Anyone who commercializes there name he has an issue with.
