As it should. FXX's are made for track only, and they are actually used by Ferrari as test cars, in coordination with the owners.

I'm not denying its fast. But Jaysus its ugly! I'm amazed that Ferrari could make something uglier than the 612 Scaglietti! Especially after the beautiful 246 Dino!
