Well, I don't agree. A leader is necessary, in fact, the leader should be very strong and authoritative. I am a Fascist and I support leaders like Hitler. What an incredible utopian society the Third Reich was.

No community should have one leader. It should be a group effort. Some communes are set up like a capitalist system where one person benefits more than others. That is not how a true commune should work.
