Time To Change exists of two parts, but you'll hear both sound totally different. Part 1 (from the start of the video till 0:45) is amazing banging hypnotic techno -- you hadn't seen that one comin' right?! Part 2 (starting at 0:45 till the end of the video) sounds very happy with its cut-up disco sample and might get as popular on the radio as it will be at parties. Allround producer, allround great ep!!!
