I think many people that swear an oath to the constitution don't actually recognize what they're swearing to protect. I suspect that they sort of have a vague idea that they're swearing to serve "the government".

I think that's true of many people at least.

I find it most interesting that these feds don't even understand or remember the constitution they swore an oath to defend & protect. Amazing! Thank you again Dave. So the "message" sending made her & the rest of us preemptively guilty? My God! Who does he IMAGINE he is? Corruption! Threats! Abuse! in tn stumping your toe on the sidewalk can be disordley conduct its a widely used law because its so broad anything you do in front of police can be considered disordley conduct,spiting on sidewalk,saying a cuss word[not in anger] jaywalking can also be considered disordley in tn.police use it if they cant find anything else and the altime favorite is STOP RESISTING.
