@sandhilldiva CPS gets the money!! The U.S.A has over 80,000 children per state in CPS system and climbing that gets funding from tax payer's.Most of the children stay in the system until they are 18 years of age cause people can't afford to adopted them. I personally don't like adoption or what our own government and cps is doing" Children are money in their pockets".

Didn't Russian adoption agencincies come out and say that Americans can no longer adopt from Russia? After a couple of kids were sent back for "behavioral problems."

You know... it really depends on the situation. My biological mother split when I was 6 months old but I look at my step-mother as MOM and I love her dearly.

in tehe usa everything is a bizz adopting children inprisioning ppl if you americans really want kids just open the border with mexico and million will flood america, but you dont want black pets you want white pets right...

Being adopted totally fucks some people up,me for one- you beleive deep down that you cant get close to any female or trust cause you were hurt by being in foster homes the first 6 months of your life-the contract ended at 2 months-but to the baby-its just left hurt cause it dont understand a contract.Not recommendable.A male adoptee could be single most of his life.
