I improved with a much shorter delivery stride. I was leaping into deliver the ball with a long stride and not spinning the ball. But when i walked in briskly and bowled over a braced left leg while flicking the ball out i found some spin!! Not much as i have small hands but more improvement.

@CricketcoachGuy I guess if you are older or have bigger hands and fingers you can spin the ball much more? Or does it matter?
