@GilsonHawkes hahaha i've seen both ice hockey and indoor hockey played, and its much easier to dribble in ice hockey, unless you've watched a real indoor hockey game in person, you don't know what you're talking about, and having a bigger net makes for more skilled goalies..do ice hockey players constantly jump and dive to make saves at the the corners of the net? no, they just stand there or do the splits

and for some amazing plays in profesional field hockey, type in "EHL TOP 10" and they will be all field hockey videos which I recommend you watch if you dont know alot about the sport.

P.S. Field hockey is almost like soccer in Europe and Asia. Ask anybody from there. Say "Hockey", and they will automatically think FIELD hockey.

When you type in Hockey into the search bar, you are getting American and Canadian results. Youtube does not represent the world population, nor does Google. North America has a very small population compared to other places like Asia and Europe, yet there are WAAAYYY more American videos on Youtube than other place around the world.

Just so we are clear: FACT: Field hockey is more popular, more played, more spoken about, and more watched AROUND THE WORLD than Ice hockey.

also, majority of the countries in the world dont get very cold, and therefore they never had reason to play ice hockey instead of field hockey.

thats false. Field hockey is more popular than Ice hockey because field hockey is an ancient sport like soccer, earliest versions played in 2000 BCE. Ice hockey came much later for people who like playing field hockey, but wanted to play it in the winter. They put on skates, made the sticks longer because it would be almost impossible to bend down and indian dribble in skates on ice, and took out things like the "drive" or "hit" in field hockey, and added other things.
