also at this rate of speed...any debris should instantly fall away from the tail...and not escape better than 90 degrees to the tail....and continue that track out of the camera view... I also notice somewhere around 25 minutes into the flight just before the first manuvered roll.... objects flying to the left of the tail section...I thought maybe water droplets or something of that nature...but then... to move away under high speed to the left .

Ice, people. Ice. The thing is flying through space at a phenomenal rate... have you any idea how cold it is up there?
Ice forms on the booster rockets, the external tank, the shuttle itself. The vibration of the thing shakes it free.
