Cool vid and setup man. I've got an MC909, EMX1, RY30, and an R8 sync'd up in a similar configuration. Screw software, knobs and sliders are where it's at. :-)
You like the MC808 more than it's predecessor, the MC909? Can't say I do.

How are you patching all of this together bud? I ask because Im seriously considering 86'ng my laptop and going all hardware. Re-routed some of my hardware gear and just started jamming last night. More inspired than I've been in years.

I use the mc808 as midi master, mc808 midi out goes to he dx200, that midi out goes to the x0xb0x which controls the sh101 by cv/gate. I record into my laptop via usb output on the mackie profx8 mixer, logic pro for song recording, quicktime for video. Thanks for the listen !
