The people who helped Obama launch his political career were a group of American-Communist Revolutionaries (Bill Ayers and the Underground Weathermen) who tried to create a race war back in the late 60's and early 70's by setting off bombs in the US Capital and pentagon.

And it was ROTC recruiting offices on college campuses that they attacked... not the "US Capital [sic] and pentagon."

Alapoet, if Bill Ayers, who helped launch Barak's career showed the purest kind of patriotism when he helped bomb the capital and pentagon in 1971, then the terrorist who bombed the twin towers and pentagon in 2001 should be hailed as friends of the US. Your logic is nuts. This friend of Obama's is an unrepentant terrorist. So which country are you from or are you here in the US illegally?

Americans who question their government are calling America to a higher standard. If that makes you uncomfortable, that speaks more of your insecurities than of anything else.

So, are Republicans the only people you consider "real Americans"? You're the one who's nuts. Democrats are Americans too. I'd suggest you get used to that idea. Jeez if you want a one-party system maybe you should go to China. You'd love it there.

I just watched a video they put out and am reading Bill Ayers book about their attempt to overthrow the US by setting off bombs. They said, the New York Times said (while interviewing), and old news clips said the Capital and Pentagon. So they also bombed recruiting offices?

Unfornately, one of these kind of people is in the white house. We proud Americans are standing up for change, as a leading country we will be responsible with the great power we have gained after many years.
