@Seiroukou i thought there are supposed to be 4 yellow heart event for each girl in this game...am i wrong with this? also an orange heart event as well.

It has to be sunny or clear weather, if it still doesn't work, then it's just random. You have to go in there at the required time and weather once a day, it won't work if you go in more than once a day. Eventually, it'll come, though.
