notice how much cleaner it is compared to the freakin dirty ass USA...
dont get why america dont get strict on polluting, if they put a bigger fine and actually punish people, it would actually be good for the state funds and also for ourselves...

The band is called Eels or The Eels, google either for lots of matches, the song is called Trouble With Dreams.
