This is a video I made about how to deal with Sensory sensitivity and when you have autism, aspergers or a similar autistic spectrum disorder ASD.

I have Aspergers syndrome which is a form of autism and I find Sensory issues hard. I have also found some tips to help deal with it. So i thought i would share them as it might help you aswell.

I'll be making a video series about a lot of tips and tricks I have found while living with autism that helped me get through life better this is the 5th one of hopefully many.

ive had bad issues wth mi sensory al mi life -im not that young an mi issues have made me almoste gt intu trouble -your vids ar invaluabil to me - mi othr issues are smells an lights -autism makes fr a limited lonly life again thnk u fr yur videos -dnt lik touch unles its a hi 5s an snt lik most favbriks -il add that tags on shirts are a reale pain
