OMG that was fabulous. I wish we had adult classes near me, I'd love to go back. My daughter's gym only goes up to age 18.

you must be one of the most inspirational people in gymnastics. Amazing!
Impossible is nothing as long as you want to work for it, age doesn't matter if you want something you'll reach your goals.

Good job! How long did it take you to get to such a level on bars? How often did you have classes? I would love to start adult gymnastics too! Hopefully I'll get to do it soon. =)

Thank you for nice comments, everybody! I've been in adult gymnastics for more than 10 years and I've been working out 3-4 times a week. I learned my first giant circle at 43. Now I'm 50 and feel great to be able to challenge more new skills. Good Luck on your workout!
