I know I gave this song a melancholy 180, but I think trying a new perspective on songs is my favorite way of covering!

Feist. She's inspired a new way of songwriting in me since hearing her album, Let It Die. At her Berkeley DVD screening last Nov, I told her I'd do a cover of her, she was happily surprised and asked that I also include an original in the email. I couldn't believe how humble she was, and can only hope that I grow up to be like her :)
