it seems the catholic church is also a part of it, they want to make it seem like they are the architects of this world power and the only way to be free is to be a satanist.

The dietary laws in book of Leviticus is general guideline for Ital ("clean" or "kosher") foods; as for fasting, a full fast is no food at all but remember to drink a lot of water so you don't get dehydrated; fast slowly at 1st, only for hrs or a day; drink juice or herb tea after to start, then light foods
