Ingredients:

White cake mix
12 ounce can of evaporated milk (354ml)
14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk (396ml)
Two 7.1 ounce cans of Media Crema (450ml)
3 egg yolks (optional)

Whipped Cream:
1 and 1/2 cups heavy whipping double cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 Tablespoons sugar

Strawberries for topping if desired.

NOTE*** If you are worried about using the raw egg yolks, you can bring the 3 milks mixture to a boil, then allow to cool, then add to the cake.

If you do not want to use a cake mix and make your own cake, you can use the recipe below:

3/4 cup butter
1 and 3/4 cup sugar
8 egg yolks
2 and 1/2 cups cake flour
2 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
6 egg whites

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks.
Slowly mix in the flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat egg whites, then fold into the cake batter.
Pour into greased 13 X 9 and bake 350F around 40 minutes.

  • thanks for answered me, I will try to make it with the egg yolk ;)

When I made this cake, after I pour the mix of milks, I put it in the fridge, then when it is a bit firmer I frost it and again it goes to the fridge.

  • @ailadi17

Yes exactly, you are correct with how to make it, thanks :-)

  • Why did you put eggs yolk with the milk mixture???

  • @ailadi17

To make it taste richer and better, thanks!

  • I made this cake last night and had it today, it was the most incredible thing I have ever had. Sweetened condensed milk is the best.

I suppose you could mix the milk mixture by hand with a whisk or fork, instead of a blender.

I use most of the milk, there is usually around 1/3 cup left that is a waste, sorry.

The milk mixture really makes this so good and good luck, I am sure you will do fine :-)

  • Also do I add all of the milk?
