    perhaps because not all are "there" to comprehend the macro picture, as you do... by the way, Army Corpses have already apologized after Katrina "This is the first time that the Corps has had to stand up and say, `We've had a catastrophic failure,"' Lt. Gen. Carl Strock, the Corps chief.

    Now they are at it again. But this one seems to be intentional. As always - their are plans not going to work, but will make fools out of themselves throughout the charade. DUmB and dUmBER.
