The liver controls how much fat is stored in the bloodstream and when high fructose levels exists from foods consumed throughout the day, the signal to store fat kicks in, and the persons bloodstream will be saturated with unnatural fats. The liver will go into overdrive to produce fats each time high fructose corn syrups are introduced into the body and people will have obesity problems because of this never-ending process. People never feel satisfied after eating a meal that includes foods sources that are processed with high fructose corn syrup. This fat building culprit can be found on product labels and in foods that are classified as common diet foods such as low fat yogurt. People can also consume high fructose in any type of frozen food because manufacturers add it to products in order to prevent freezer burn.
