I'm pretty sure she died of a heroin overdose dude but yes, it is 'sun in her head' not 'hair'. She was a photographer and a big part of up and coming dance acts in the U.K. in the mid 90's. The song is a protest song for greenpeace, maybe that's where you're getting confused but she was big into heroin from what I heard.

when i was in high school and found out that their names were so similar to mine, i listened to them on a whim. my life was transmogrified. i have this album version on my permanent play list at the house. drives my wife nuts when she hears it more than 10 times, but i am just getting started by then.
