Relief in Haiti - Avaaz Report Back

In the last month, more than 19,000 Avaaz members have donated over $1.3 million for relief and recovery in Haiti -- helping outstanding local organizations provide life-saving food, shelter and medical care for thousands of people. Hundreds of thousands of Avaaz members have also signed on to a global campaign that helped secure a commitment to over $1 billion in debt relief for Haiti at the summit of finance ministers in February 2010!

Why on earth are the Haitian people still living in tents and being harrassed by those who used to be in the prisons there nightly? Why has none of the donations made been used to rebuild anything other than government buildings? As lindavdriet said "where is the millions of dollars donated to Haiti?" Where is it?
