Scot Breithaupt took the beach cruiser that was converted for BMX Racing to it's next level. 1978-1981 and a half was when 26" BMX was King. The Cruiser Open Class WAS 26". When the 24" cruiser came out in early summer 1981 and the first Pro BMX Cruiser class had happened in January's National War of the Stars the Original Cruiser Class started to become forgotten. 26BMX.com Reviving the Original Cruiser Class!!!
