It does sucks that the US puts these Military Bases around the world but if the US leave these bases, other countries would eat the US alive because every country in the world wants a piece of the US which they're not wrong but that's what happens when America sinks its hole deeper to those nations.

@kungfooed The Japanese government actually pays for our base being over their. Their government said they needed us or they wouldn't survive, and their economy would crash. A few people over their don't like the base being their, but most of them admit it needs to be over their. Plus, a few thousand would lose their jobs if we moved out. It's just a few peope whining about it though.

@kungfooed Is that what is prefered? To have China in charge? Basically that is what would happen. So when the US bases leave you can start gearing up for Chinese influeneces and power. But actually I think the US has spent enough time and resources tying to help ungrateful people. I think they should be left to fend for themselves and to deal with the Chinese growing super power.

Are you serious?. Do these people even know what they are talking about? How long do you think South Korea would stand if it was on it's own? US troops are not perfect. I agree they need to have stronger consequeces for bad behavior. If the US left the region say bye to Taiwain, South Korea, Japan would be at risk. You are basically talking about China calling the shots in the region.

They don't want us? Okay, it's their country and their opinion; let's go home. Too bad we established a presence against imperial Communism - our mistake. I'm sorry about what happened to the girl; but crime won't simply end in those countries when American military bases are closed. Now, these are countries with whom America does a lot of economic trading, are they not?
