I answer some of the most common questions pertaining to waist reduction:
1. How fast can one get from a natural waist of [insert start measurement here] to [insert end measurement here] ?
2. Does my waist expand again once I take off the corset?
3. Have I achieved any waist reduction (out of the corset) from my waist training?
4. Is this reduction of the natural waistline permanent?
5. What must be done to get permanent effects from waist training?
6. What happens when one reaches their waist training goals?

  • Lucy how do you feel about Cathie Jung and her 14" waist, to be honest I do worry about you and whether you might go smaller and smaller like Cathie, not that I wouldn't like to see you with a 14" waist, I just worry if it might do some lasting damage

  • @pidge010 I think Mrs Jung has fantastic self-discipline although it's not a goal I would personally ever want to achieve. I strive for a pleasant ratio between my bust, waist and hips. I may go to 20", but I'm pretty happy at my 22" maximum reduction.

  • what is the best type and brand of corset you can recommend to a beginner?

  • @pouchilove If you're starting out and want to test out a good corset, I'd recommend Timeless Trends (and that's with all honesty, not just because I'm wearing one of their corsets in this video). They're extremely strong, pretty comfortable, they give a cinch in the waist without looking creepy, they're relatively affordable ($99) and have a lifetime guarantee.

  • Where can I get the corset you are wearing???

  • @pretyboiy It's the emerald silk underbust from Timeless Trends. :)

  • Another question: can I use a weist belt instead of a corset during some periods of the day? Sorry if I have commited English mistakes.

  • Hi! I couldn't find the video "Corset and sleep". I am learning a lot with you. Thanks!

  • @bishonenrancher thank you for replying! And you are very welcome :) it's just so many people I've noticed keep saying "you'll disfigure your self" or "those muscles aren't used".. and it annoyed me a bit, because I don't say it to sell the idea of corsets but the fact is when I started to use them my core and external obliques FELT the "burn" you get from exercising/using them like you wouldn't normally!

  • @bishonenrancher thank you so much... u great !!!
