@ccmanning3 Enriching? You mean the built in support goup of peers, grade requirements, learning to be part of a team, learning to work hard, doing something (music and arts) that you have a lot greater shot at doing the rest of your life (than footballs, b-ball, etc)? Heck yes!!!
My youngest son just finished his second year of band, and it's been so poisitive! (This is from an old football player, motorcycle racer, etc, who's more than a little happy to be a Band Dad!!) GO BAND!

i think the pride is awsome and all, but i think its pretty funny how they started out with their football team that kinda sucks a little bit
-
I laugh at every game i go see because half the people leave after the pride plays!
-
I get tears every time I watch this...I think I am around 150 times now.

Ok im In BA anD I dislike the pride here because they have no funk....like atleast some Alternative stuff like The Schools in the south. It's a disgrace man no Funk at all.
-

Hey! A Desoto guy! I'm from Munford. You're show this year was really cool. I saw you guys at Martin because we didn't go to that one.
As a snare at BA in 89 and 90 (I now ive in DC), it's great to see Tom Stout (pre-retirement) and the program in such good hands. It may sound cheesy but band at Broken Arrow was certainly a very enriching experience for me.

Ignore this troll. Do some research and you'll see this guy has been going around saying crap like this for years. He's not even part of Lassiter or their band.
