Kickin' It Around Berry College

Actually I could not dream of affording Berry, but I applied for scholarships and will be going there in the fall. Berry does its best to be affordable to all students. They have a large variety of scholarships to help students, especially for those students that could otherwise not afford to go. Your GPA is not bad at all, and I go to a public school. Don't give up on your dreams! Apply for the colleges you want to go to, and see what happens. :)

I want to go to Berry College. The atmosphere and culture would shed light on my mundane life. I would love to reconnect and re-evaluate my interests in Biology and learn skills that can be used in the future...
Unfortunately, I do not have the proper finances to afford the tuition. My grades stand at a 3.65 GPA. I am a junior at Harrison High School, which is a public school. If only money was not a concern, I would apply as soon as possible. But alas, I am not the King of the Universe.

@FLiPtutt17 To be honest with you I love berry. The only real negative I can think are D-hall's time. Its 7AM-8PM Weekdays and 11AM-7PM Weekends... Let's see some positives. Everyone is super friendly, haven't met anyone who is mean/disrespectful yet. Classes are fairly hard, but professors help out as much as possible to the point that if you fail it was definitely your fault. msg me if you wanna know more stuff or have more questions =]

The part at Swan Lake would have been more realistic if the swans swarmed him en masse and began making threatening hissing sounds. Or am I the only one who received the wrath of the swans?
-
@felipeleoanm Congratulations future fellow alumni? I graduated from there in 1981. My God I've gotten old! How did this happen? Oh well, I guess getting old beats the alternative.
-
@tcw922 yeah you can definitely get in. I got in with a 3.3, varsity sports, and a crap load of community services. By the way I go to Kennesaw Mtn. so I'm not in a top school either.

i just got accepted and i cant wait!!!

apply - money is no obstacle at any of the NSDAR sponsored schools; academics and commitment are the essentials. Granted space may be a factor so apply early.
-
money need not be an obstacle at any of the NSDAR sponsored schools. If you qualify academically and wish to continue on the path to becoming an honest, forthright citizen of this nation then apply and you should be accepted with open arms.
